TOTO Toilets Help Consumers Navigate the New Normal
The COVID-19 global pandemic brought an entirely new routine to people's daily lives. TOTO uses its technology to assist people in navigating this New Normal.

Kaisen or "perfection" is a cultural concept that is the driving force behind the Japanese company Toto. Their latest toilet, the WELLNESSTOILET is equipped with cutting-edge sensing technology to aid in customer wellness.
Water Sense Technology
WaterSense-labeled plumbing fixtures are EPA-approved and help conserve energy and water while providing an efficient, safe performance. TOTO USA is proud to be among the first companies to be awarded a WaterSense label for our EcoPower flush valves and commercial flushometer toilets.
Our Aquia IV Dual-flush Toilet is a great example for high-efficiency bathroom fixtures. It only requires 1.28 gallons per flush, which is lower than the 1.6 Gallons required to meet EPA standards for an elongated toilet. The Aquia IV features TOTO TORNADO FLUSH technology, which decreases the frequency of bowl cleaning and the requirement for additional flushes.
Another method of reducing water usage is by installing an low-flow showerhead. This reduces the amount of water used for bathing or washing. Our high-efficiency showerheads are WaterSense rated and feature the most advanced technology to ensure top performance and ease of use.
Limiting the use of water is crucial in a world of frequent water shortages. TOTO's EcoPower technology, which is used in our Aquia IV toilet as well as our NEXUS one-piece toilet, helps reduce the amount of water we use by requiring only 1.28 gallons per flush to remove waste.
TOTO's elongated WCs are also EPA approved for high efficiency. The toilets with elongated designs have a round or elongated basin and an ADA-compliant 17-19" height. We also offer an elongated toilet with a compact design which is ideal for tight spaces and uses only 0.9 Gallons per flush.
TOTO's toilets are the most popular in the industry for both home and business use. They are not just more cost-effective than toilet paper, they also provide a better clean, leaving you feeling confident and refreshed. The NEXUS Bidet utilizes our EWATER+ Technology, which is created by electrolyzing tap water to create an acidic solution that contains sodium chloride ions. This produces an effective disinfectant that kills viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens, while leaving your skin, and the environment safe.
ADA Compliant
You may be able to find the terms "ADA compliant" and "universal height", but not all toilets that are universal heights are ADA-compliant.
The ADA standards, established by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are designed to accommodate all ages and abilities. This includes those with limited mobility and lower body strength. Toto incorporates these standards into its products to ensure that their customers have the bathroom experience they prefer with ease of use.
TOTO's ADA-compliant toilets are one-piece construction that instantly beautifies any bathroom and offers a practical advantage compared to traditional two-piece designs. The single-piece designs from TOTO simplify cleaning by removing the gap between bowl and tank. TOTO also features an efficient flushing system for their Eco UltraMax toilets. They are water-efficient and consume 1.28 Gallons per Flush (GPF) or less.
Two-Piece or One-Piece Design
Many people who have traveled to Japan speak of the ease and comfort of the Toto toilets that they use while there. Toto toilets are Japanese brands that have an all-in-one design, integrating the bowl and tank. They can be easily cleaned and can be placed in small spaces. They are also sturdy and last a long time.
Toto was formed in the early 70s by a group of musicians who had worked as session musicians for some of the most famous musicians. Keyboardist David Paich and drummers Steve Lukather and Jeff Porcaro as well as bassist Joseph Williams were all regular contributors to albums by Steely Dan[73 Seals and Crofts[74], Boz Scaggs[75], and Sonny and Cher.
A few of the band members perform solo. In 1978, Bobby Kimball released an album called From the Inside. Steve Lukather released a second album titled Luke. David Paich and Joe Porcaro also recorded an album featuring jazz pianist Miles Davis.
Toto as well as their music, has performed numerous tours over the years. In February of 2018, they released their 40 Trips Around The Sun anniversary album and began a world tour in order to promote the album.
The core of TOTO's Total Design principle is taking into account the needs of everyone of all different ages and abilities. 토토 꽁머니 are available for those who have limited mobility. They also offer a range of WASHLET+ bidets that have revolutionized the experience of using the toilet from washing to wiping with the stream of water. Many people are turning to this superior alternative.
Noise Reduction
In the United States bathrooms are often located near bedrooms. Therefore toilets that are quiet are very popular. TOTO's Washlet, a toilet equipped with an electric motor is a fantastic way to accomplish this. Combining a rimless, slim rimless bowl that requires little water with a powerful spray of warm air that cleans and dries the skin, TOTO's toilets have been described as "magical."
While Japan embraces its technological achievements however, it also has a deep respect for the humble toilet. These qualities are reflected in the country's Toilet Museum, which opened in 1999 and was designed to encourage people to think different about their toilet habits. The museum uses a poop-powered motorcycle to emphasize that TOTO products are both efficient and eco green.
The museum also features TOTO's innovation history, from the first flush up to the aeration toilet that uses less water and reduces waste by 90 percent. There's also a room that showcases the company's Washlet that uses a stream of water to clean and dry the user while making the toilet sound less embarrassing by using chirping birds.
Prior to the formation of Toto members of the group including bassist David Hungate and drummer Jeff Porcaro, performed as session musicians on many albums for famous artists such as Steely Dan, Seals and Crofts, Boz Scaggs, and Sonny and Cher. Keyboardist David Paich was a regular on sessions with artists such as the Eagles, Larry Carlton, and Quincy Jones.
In the years following Toto's debut album group struggled to find a successful sound and went through a series member changes. Hungate ended up leaving Toto to pursue an independent career as an artist in Nashville in 1980. He left the band because of a lack of time for his family, as well as an increasing addiction problem. The band's ultimate success was contingent on Lukather and Steve Porcaro.
Comfort
The toilets of TOTO are designed with the user's comfort in mind. This means they come with a variety of features that make your bathroom experience more enjoyable. For instance, they have heated seats that help keep the user warm. They also have automatic lids that can be closed and opened to provide added convenience. They also have self-cleaning systems that keep the toilets tidy and fresh.
When looking for a TOTO toilet, it is important to know what to look for. There are many models to choose from, so it is essential to choose one that offers all of the features you need. They also contributed to Boz Scaggs and Sonny and Cher. In 1980, they formed Toto with singer/songwriter Joseph Williams.
The band began their extensive tour after the release Toto IV. In 1985, Fergie Frederiksen's vocalist was dismissed for having trouble mixing with the other members. The next year, Toto recorded Fahrenheit, which was released in 1986.
The album was an artistic departure for the band, incorporating elements of gospel and jazz. The album didn't become an instant hit in North America but it did well in Japan. In 1987, Toto played the Montreux Jazz Festival and continued to tour. During this period the bassist David Hungate quit the band to concentrate on his session and production career. Steve Lukather, a guitarist/vocalist was his replacement.
